Our academic grounding is in psychology and anthropology, focused by over 20 years' experience in marketing and communications. We use established methods of enquiry (particularly focus groups, individual interviews and ethnography) but we also have a reputation as innovators, and thrive on challenging research briefs. All our projects are carefully and thoughtfully designed so they fully meet client requirements (including, we hope, some they may not have known they had).
